Contract moulding

Your mould on our machines.

You bring the mould, we produce — injection moulding in South Tyrol. For more than a decade also for the automotive sector. What follows are the figures we get asked for first — machine park, materials, batch sizes and how an enquiry runs.

Machine park

Eleven injection moulding machines, built between 2004 and 2025. The figures come from the machines' nameplates, recorded on 10 August 2026.

Clamping forces are taken from the machines' Euromap designations; for the M 175 the value was additionally read off the machine display. For the BMB and Meccanoplastica machines we hold no designation — we will give you those figures on request rather than estimate them here. The newest machine is a BMB eKW 38 Hybrid from 2025.

Materials

We process the common thermoplastics. If your material is not listed, ask for it anyway — the list is not a limit, it is everyday work.

  • PP — polypropylene
  • PE-HD and PE-LD
  • PS — polystyrene
  • ABS
  • PA 6 and PA 66
  • POM
  • PET
  • TPE — thermoplastic elastomer

On request also glass-fibre reinforced, flame retardant, bio-based or degradable, and with recycled content.

Batch sizes

The sensible run size depends on the mould, the colour change and the delivery date — not on a fixed figure. Tell us your quantity and we will tell you whether and how it works out — smaller runs are worth asking about too.

What else we take on

  • Mould service: cleaning, maintenance, storage
  • Quantity, colour, printing and delivery date are yours to set
  • Packaging and dispatch on request — all from one source
  • In-line optical inspection, every batch documented; certified to ISO 9001

How an enquiry runs

  1. You describe the part. Drawing or sample, material, quantity, target date. If the mould already exists, tell us where it is.
  2. We look at the mould. Does it fit one of our machines, and what condition is it in? That tells us whether anything is needed before the first shot.
  3. You get a quotation with price and date. Anything we cannot document appears as an open point — not as an estimate.
  4. Initial sample and release. Only then does the series run.
