Company
In the second generation.
Founded in 1985 by Heinrich Schötzer in Sand in Taufers, today run by Philipp Schötzer. A family business in South Tyrol — small enough for short paths, big enough for international series.
What we do
We process plastics in two ways: injection moulding and blow moulding. Out of that come packaging for the food industry — buckets, lids, bottles —, technical components for automotive and construction, and parts made to order on the customer's own mould. What our machines can produce is set out on the contract moulding page: eleven injection moulding machines, built between 2004 and 2025.

Short paths
Enquiries are answered by management itself: Philipp Schötzer is managing director and at the same time quality management representative. Quotation, mould question, delivery date — none of it passes through three departments. We would rather be involved early, from material choice to series release, than correct late.
Our own systems
Our quality assurance runs on software from our own house: Trace manages moulds, batches and complaints, Vision inspects parts in line. Built for our machines and our products — more on the Quality page.
Working where the parts are made
