Quality
Quality you can check.
ISO 9001 certified since 2009, every pallet traceable, inspection in line rather than at the end. What you read here is documented — with certificate, number and date. What is still being built is marked as such.
ISO 9001 — continuously since 2009
First issued on 4 September 2009. Since then the certificate has been maintained through annual surveillance audits and three-yearly renewal audits — without interruption.

What quality means here
Our quality policy is a released document, not a slogan on the wall. Its core sentence:
For Band Alpin GmbH, quality is a commitment to our customers. Our highest aim is that customers are satisfied with product and service.
Quality policy as PDF — version 1.1, released 18.08.2026 (in German).
Traceability: Trace
We built Trace ourselves, because no bought-in system maps moulds, batches and complaints the way they are connected on the shop floor. It accompanies every lot from raw material intake to delivery. Every pallet carries its own SSCC number. When a question comes up about a delivered lot, it leads to material, machine, mould and production day — without searching.
Built for our machines, our moulds, our products. No third-party system that would have to be bent to fit the plant.
In-line inspection: Vision
Vision inspects buckets and lids optically, right at the machine's stacking position. The camera watches passively — no cycle time is lost. A bad part is recorded with timestamp and evidence image and assigned to the running batch. For a complaint, the system provides the evidence for the production period of the lot concerned.
We are extending the inspection article by article. The aim is every part that leaves the hall — and we say plainly that we are not there yet.
Materials and evidence
Only certified materials are processed. For food-contact packaging we keep the declaration of conformity per packaging format — the requirements behind it are explained on the page on the EU packaging regulation.
